Description

The Japa® 315+ ROAD is an easy-to-use and versatile firewood processor, ideal for rental, cottage use, or shared ownership within a neighborhood. This model is available with three different power options: electric motor, gasoline engine, or tractor PTO. The machine can be equipped with either a 2.3-meter or 3.8-meter hydraulic outfeed conveyor for removing processed wood. The ROAD version includes a non-braked axle, tow hitch, light panel, and road registration.

Cutting and Splitting

The Japa® 315+ ROAD features hydraulic full-length feeding, cutting, and splitting. Pushing the control lever forward feeds the log and simultaneously performs the splitting action. Pulling the lever back cuts the log and returns the splitting cylinder to its starting position. This design allows for flexible operation, even with large-diameter logs.

User-Friendly and Safe

The Japa® 315+ ROAD is designed for user convenience and safety. The machine automatically stops when the control lever is released. The hydraulic system allows precise adjustment of the splitting stroke length, improving efficiency. For example, a splitting stroke of approximately 35 cm is sufficient for logs 33 cm long, making the work faster and smoother. The Japa 315+ does not use V-belts, ensuring minimal maintenance. Additionally, it features a lightweight, unified safety guard that can be opened at any time. Opening the guard immediately stops the machine, enhancing safety. The firewood processor offers a splitting force of 5.6 tons.

Versatile Accessories and Road Registration

The Japa® 315+ ROAD can be equipped with various accessories, including a log lifter, manual outfeed conveyor rotation control, and a six-way splitting wedge. All ROAD models are road-registered, making it easy to transport the machine from one worksite to another.
