The Japa® 315+ is a versatile and hassle-free firewood processor, perfect for rental, cottage use, or shared ownership within a neighborhood. It is available with two different power options: electric motor or tractor PTO. To enhance its functionality, you can choose between a 2.3-meter or 3.8-meter hydraulic outfeed conveyor for wood removal.

Cutting and Splitting

The Japa® 315+ features fully hydraulic log feeding, cutting, and splitting, ensuring efficient operation. By pushing the control lever, the machine feeds the log and begins the splitting process, while pulling the lever cuts the log and resets the splitting cylinder to its starting position. This mechanism allows for flexible and smooth operation, particularly when processing larger logs. The firewood processor provides a splitting force of 5.6 tons.

User-Friendly and Safe

The Japa® 315+ is designed with user convenience and safety in mind. The machine stops automatically when the control lever is released, and the hydraulic system enables adjustment of the splitting stroke length to increase efficiency. For instance, a splitting stroke of just 35 cm is sufficient for logs 33 cm long, streamlining the workflow. A lightweight, easily opened safety guard adds to the safety features by stopping the machine immediately when opened.

The Japa® 315+ model offers a range of practical accessories, such as a log lifter, manual outfeed conveyor control, and a six-way splitting wedge, allowing you to tailor the machine to your specific needs.
