The hydraulically retractable log stopper ensures optimal firewood measurement accuracy and prevents the log from getting stuck between the stopper plate and the saw bar during and after cutting. Sawing is conveniently operated with a single button press, where the button is held down throughout the cutting process. Instead of a hydraulic pump, chain lubrication is managed by an electric lubrication pump, ensuring consistent lubrication throughout the sawing process, even when cutting large and hard logs, thereby extending the chain’s lifespan. Additionally, the hydraulic chain tensioner comes as standard, maintaining optimal chain tension at all times for efficient and safe sawing.
Japa Perfect Split is a premium feature designed for firewood producers and forestry professionals, combining a durable structure, an efficient hydraulic system, and top-tier splitting precision. Its innovative partial splitting blade ensures that each log is evenly split with consistent quality. The intelligent sensors automatically control the splitting cycle until the log is fully split, allowing the next cycle to begin seamlessly. If needed, you can switch to manual mode for full control of the process.
