The Japa® 365+ PRO is a versatile and efficient firewood processor designed to meet the needs of both hobbyists and professionals. It is available with three different power options: PTO, electric motor, or gasoline engine. Additionally, it can be equipped with a road-approved chassis, making it easy to transport between locations.

Designed with professional-grade hydraulics, the machine enables simultaneous cutting and splitting in seamless synchronization, ensuring high productivity and uptime. The Japa® 365+ PRO is equipped with a hydraulic outlet as standard, allowing the use of additional devices such as a feeding roller, log rack, log table, or log lifter. The joystick control enhances ergonomics and simplifies the firewood-making process.

Cutting

The cutting system of the Japa® 365+ PRO, developed in collaboration with firewood professionals, is tailored to meet the specific needs of users. The angled infeed table and log presser ensure that the log is properly centered and positioned during cutting, resulting in uninterrupted operation and straight cut surfaces, even on the last log. The retractable log length limiter ensures logs always fall into the splitting chute in the correct position. Chain oil is hydraulically pumped from a separate, easy-to-refill tank, and the oil level is visible from the operator’s station. Maintenance or replacement of the chain and bar is straightforward, thanks to the active safety guard that can be opened.

Splitting

The Japa® 365+ PRO delivers powerful splitting performance, leading its category by a significant margin. It can be equipped with 4-, 6-, or 8-way frame blades to suit various needs. Side-supported splitting wedges, commonly found in professional-grade machines, ensure superior usability, durability, and finished firewood quality. The frame blade, paired with a larger-than-standard pusher, ensures that even large logs do not fall back onto the wrong side of the splitting blade after splitting. The splitting chute is open at the bottom and widens downward, which keeps it clean by allowing chips, shavings, and bark to fall away. With a splitting force of 7 tons, the Japa® 365+ PRO ensures efficient and smooth operation. The reliable splitting mechanism reduces the need to open safety guards, speeding up the workflow.
