It allows the operator to choose between two different splitting methods, depending on the log size and working conditions – without compromise.
Switching between the splitting methods is quick and effortless, making operation even more efficient and seamless.

Perfect Split offers numerous advantages: two splitting methods in one machine provide maximum versatility, and even large logs can be effortlessly turned into high-quality firewood.
In addition, the partial return system speeds up the processing of shorter logs, and there is no need to open the safety guard unnecessarily when working with large wood.
Perfect Split also reduces the need for raw wood sorting and offers a level of flexibility that no competitor can match.

Perfect Split is available for all Japa 365+ models and can be installed on both new and existing machines.
The machine remains fully mechanical-hydraulic, without any electronic control system.
Perfect Split is easy and ergonomic to operate using a mechanical lever, and the adjustable partial return further enhances productivity when processing shorter wood.
For optimal results, we recommend installing a cleaning grate at the end of the outfeed conveyor.

Sawing – Precision and ease of use

The Japa® 365+ sawing system was developed in cooperation with professional firewood producers.
The tilted infeed table and log press ensure that the log stays securely in position during sawing – enabling continuous operation and perfectly straight cuts every time.
The hydraulic chain oil pump simplifies maintenance, and the active safety cover allows for quick and safe replacement of the chain and guide bar.

Splitting – Power and ergonomics

The Japa® 365+ offers industry-leading splitting power and excellent usability.
It can be equipped with 4-, 6-, or 8-way splitting knives, and the professional frame knife ensures durable, high-quality results even with large logs.
For the Japa 365+ Perfect Split version, 4- and 6-way splitting knives are available to optimize performance for different wood types and diameters.
The hydraulically adjustable frame knife and 7-ton splitting force ensure efficient and ergonomic operation.

The open, downward-widening splitting chute keeps the work area clean and free of debris.
